Notification Preferences
Customize which notifications you receive and how frequently they're delivered.
Accessing Preferences
Navigate to Settings → Notification Preferences to manage your notification settings.
Category Toggles
Control which types of notifications you receive:

| System Alerts | Quality failures, connector errors, sync issues | On |
| Mentions | @mentions in comments and issues | On |
| Governance | Recertification reminders, meeting invitations | On |
| Activity | Product updates, new products in followed domains | Off |
Delivery Frequency
Choose how often you receive notifications:
- Instant — Notifications delivered immediately as events occur
- Daily Digest — A single summary email sent once per day at your preferred time
tip
For high-volume environments, the daily digest is recommended for non-critical categories to reduce notification fatigue.
Product-Level Subscriptions
Beyond global preferences, you can follow specific data products to receive change notifications. To follow a product:
- Navigate to the product detail page
- Click the Follow button
- You'll receive notifications for changes to that specific product
Unfollow at any time from the same button or from your notification preferences page.
