Executive Proof is a leadership-facing analytics view that summarizes adoption, governance coverage, risk, and AI trust signals for the current space.

Open Executive Proof​

Open Executive Proof from the sidebar. The page is available when the analytics.usage feature is enabled.

Choose a reporting window of 7, 30, 90, 180, or 365 days. The page refreshes the rollup for the selected space and window.

Headline KPIs​

Executive Proof starts with four leadership KPIs:

  • Adoption Rate - depended-on products divided by total active products
  • Risk Products - products with recurring incidents, ignored usage, or stale grants
  • Governance Coverage - active contracts and quality checks in the space
  • AI Trust - AI operations requiring attention and estimated AI cost

If one source is unavailable, the page shows a partial-data warning and continues with the signals it can load.

Value and Risk Lists​

The value panel shows the top depended-on products by dependency score. Use it to tell the story of which governed assets are getting traction.

The risk panel highlights products with incidents, stale or ignored usage, high criticality, or a high dependency score. Use it to prioritize remediation for products that matter to downstream users.

AI Trust Summary​

The AI trust panel summarizes AI operations for the selected window, including:

  • Total operations
  • Evaluation pass rate
  • Guardrail blocks
  • Structured output repairs
  • Estimated cost and token usage included in the headline rollup

Use View AI Ops to inspect the detailed AI operations dashboard.

Leadership Actions​

Executive Proof generates action cards from the same underlying signals:

  • Review recurring incident hotspots
  • Clean up stale or ignored access
  • Promote underused governed assets
  • Inspect AI trust regressions
  • Add quality coverage to proof products

Each action links to the relevant workspace area, such as Issues, Usage Analytics, Catalog, Quality, or AI Ops.
